Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all domestic and international orders over €50 or equivalent currency.

For domestic orders within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, we ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands. For orders from other countries, we ship directly from our manufacturing hub in China to help reduce our carbon footprint and minimize unnecessary air miles. International orders may take longer to arrive, but your support contributes to our commitment to a greener future. Thank you for joining our mission!

Order Processing: All orders placed on Mycraftyhouse.com are processed within 1-3 business days before shipping.

Domestic Shipping: For orders in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, you will receive your order within 1-3 days after processing.

International Shipping: For orders to other regions, once shipped, the estimated delivery time is about 7-15 business days. Please note that due to customs procedures, some destinations may experience delivery times exceeding 15 business days.

Shipping Disclaimers:

  • Order Changes: Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make modifications. This includes changes to the delivery address, shipping method, or items within the order. If you need assistance, please contact our customer service immediately.
  • Verify Your Shipping Address: Please ensure that you verify your shipping address before completing your checkout to ensure smooth delivery. We cannot replace or refund orders that have incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages: Once an order has been shipped, we no longer have control over the delivery. If you believe your package is lost, stolen, or missing, we recommend filing a claim with the shipping courier.
  • Refunds: We do not issue refunds for orders that are scanned as "Delivered". If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, we suggest contacting your local post office and filing a claim.
  • Tracking Numbers: Tracking numbers can be found in your shipping confirmation email sent to the email address used to place the order. Tracking numbers may take up to 72 hours to activate.
  • Return Shipping Costs: If you need to make a return, we do not cover the return shipping costs. If necessary, we will issue a return label, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us for approval before making a return, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please carefully read our Return Policy for detailed information on return shipping costs.

Return to Sender Policy: If a package is marked "return to sender" due to an incorrect address, recipient absence, or any fault on the buyer's part, we will send an email reminder using the contact information provided. Buyers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping details at the time of purchase. Please be aware that we cannot bear any losses due to buyer errors.

Important Note Regarding Returned Packages for International Orders: If a package is returned to the sender, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer redelivery services due to the complexities involved in international shipping processes. All returned packages are directed to a sorting center for disposal. We understand this may cause inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and support.
